We are a family of professional artists, and this is still our work place when we come to Mendocino. Adjacent to our work place, the studio’s gallery has been remodeled into a bedroom and private bath – with a claw foot tub and shower. A short hike up the hill from the main house, the gallery bedroom is a getaway from the getaway. There are also rustic kitchen facilities and a fireplace in the studio adjacent to the remodeled gallery.Our favorite perk of staying in the gallery room is the outdoor shower — a true Mendocino experience — a warm shower beneath the redwoods.
