We do not rent the cabin or studio/gallery alone. All prices are subject to an 11% county bed tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $85 (house only) $95 (house & cabin) $120 (all buildings) which will be added to the bill. A refundable deposit of $250 for House or House/Cabin or $300 for all buildings is required to secure the reservation.

1 double bed, private full bath with shower, a refrigerator and coffee pot.
GALLERY
1 queen, private full bath with tub and shower.
STUDIO
2 single bed futons, shared full bath with tub and shower, a limited kitchen with appliances and refrigerator. The Allen House Mendocino, gracious, beautiful, pristine, and private, is child-friendly with a fun tree house and tree swings. The gardens are well maintained and in the summer months guests may pick fresh vegetables and flowers. While dogs are not encouraged, we can accommodate a clean, well-behaved dog, vouched for by owner, with an additional $100 refundable deposit
